Who we are
Bangover.rocks is run by Moving Air Music (Sweden).
When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Moving Air Music.
By using this website or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree – don’t use the site. Simple as that.
Our store runs on Shopify.

Using this site
You must be legally allowed to shop online where you live.
Don’t use our site or products for anything illegal, shady or straight-up stupid.
No viruses, no hacking, no copyright violations.
If you break the rules, we can shut down your access without warning.

Products & merch
We sell band merchandise. Most items are limited runs and online-only.
We do our best to show correct colors and product photos, but screens vary – don’t blame us if your monitor lies.
We can change prices, products or availability at any time.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return Policy.

Orders & payments
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order – especially if it looks like reseller behavior or abuse.
You’re responsible for providing correct billing and shipping info. If you mess that up, delays or extra costs are on you.

Third-party stuff
We may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We don’t control them and we’re not responsible for what happens there.
Use them at your own risk.

Content & feedback
If you send us messages, ideas, photos or feedback, you allow us to use it. We’re not obligated to pay or respond.
Don’t submit anything illegal, offensive or that violates someone else’s rights.

Liability (the boring but important part)
Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We’re not responsible for indirect damages, lost packages caused by carriers, delays outside our control, or your bad decisions. Our liability is limited to what the law requires – nothing more.

Termination
We can suspend or terminate access to the site if these Terms are violated.
You can stop using the site whenever you want.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
