We want you to be happy with your merch. If something doesn’t fit or feels wrong, here’s how it works.
Size exchanges (stock items)
For items shipped from our own stock, you can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement size.
Print-on-demand items
Print-on-demand items are made specifically for you.
Because of this:

No returns

No exchanges
-
No refunds
Please double-check size charts before ordering print-on-demand products.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with:

your order number

a short description
-
clear photos
We’ll sort it out.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

print-on-demand products
-
worn, washed or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)
-
items returned after 14 days
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
