Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
Orders are shipped either:
from our own stock in Sweden, or
via print-on-demand partners (depending on the product)
This means shipping times may vary between items in the same order.
Processing & dispatch time
Bangover.rocks is run by one human, not a warehouse army 🤘
Orders are not always shipped instantly.
We usually ship orders on:
Tuesdays
Thursdays
Print-on-demand items are produced first and then shipped, which can add extra processing time.
Shipping times
Shipping times depend on:
destination country
shipping method
whether the item is print-on-demand or stock item
local customs and postal services
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delays are outside our control.
Customs, VAT & import fees
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, VAT or import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
Important:
If more than 3 months have passed since the shipping date and you have not contacted us, we are unfortunately unable to offer replacements or refunds.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
